 Schaefer Lewis Engineers, P.C. was founded in 1995 by Kevin Schaefer in response to the need for an agile,    innovative, service-oriented firm dedicated to constant evolution to meet the challenges presented by the ever    increasing pace of global change and emerging technology. Our size and diversity allows us to provide    exceptional service regardless of the project type and size.
  
 Over 90% of our projects are in the public sector where project teams understand   the rigorous tracking and control necessary to bring a project in on time and on   budget. The majority of our projects involve work in occupied buildings. Designs   need to consider how the construction will be phased to ensure continuous   operations.
