Engineering, P.C. was established in
1995 with a group of engineers whose dream
was
an engineering company where the priorities are taking care of its people
and providing the highest
quality engineering design services for clients, rather than simply
selling man hours.
Concerned
about the prevailing "hire and fire" method of workload management,
we believed that by
careful planning and marketing we could revive a stronger sense of
loyalty and security within
each
employee and client as well. We believed we would have the best engineering
firm by combining
superior client satisfaction with a genuine concern for our employees
and their families.
A
"hands on" management style is practiced at Lewis Engineering.
Staff are supported and served by a bottom-up, integrated
managment approach, rather than the traditional top-down management.
Due to the integrity of management and a people-oriented
culture, we enjoy what is probably the lowest attrition rate in the
